About the project
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Alfa Aluminium's published private villa complex in Riyadh brings together custom aluminium work, folding façades, shading and interior glass applications within one project scope.
The project photograph shows a garden-facing elevation with repeated stone arches and light-coloured glazed frames. The visible façade details and the wider published work scope are set out separately below to help you plan a similar villa.
Design details in the project photograph
Glazing beneath the arches
The glazed openings sit beneath repeated stone arches. Light-coloured frames and horizontal divisions follow a consistent arrangement across the photographed bays.
Frames coordinated with the façade
The pale frame finish sits alongside the light stone and decorative façade panels. For a comparable design, the finish sample and opening geometry should be reviewed together.
Project scope
- Custom curved aluminium elements and folding aluminium façades.
- Smart glass canopies, glass balustrades, decorative mirrors and shower enclosures.
- Smart roller shutters for automated light, privacy and shading control.
Planning a similar project?
For a comparable villa in Riyadh or another Saudi location, send the information below. It helps us separate façade, shading and interior glass requirements before preparing a quotation.
- Opening drawings and geometry
- Provide elevations and an opening schedule with locations, quantities, widths and heights. Identify curved elements and include the arch geometry or a dimensioned template where needed.
- Operation, shading and privacy
- Identify fixed and folding openings, shutter control preferences and room uses. If smart glass is requested, include the intended privacy function and the electrical or control interfaces.
- Glazing and finish requirements
- Share the preferred frame colour, finish and glass appearance, together with solar-control, thermal, acoustic or safety requirements from the project brief.
- Separate work packages and site programme
- List canopies, balustrades, mirrors and shower enclosures separately from façade openings. Include the project location, installation access and required programme so supply and installation responsibilities can be reviewed.
The frame, glazing and control specification for a new villa is selected after reviewing its drawings and performance requirements; it cannot be determined from the project photograph alone.
