1. Data we collect

• Contact enquiries: when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, project location, drawings and the content of your message.
• Feedback form: your name, phone number, optional order number, rating and comment.
• Anonymous visit statistics: the page you open, the referring website, campaign tags (utm) and the approximate country. A random session number is kept in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store your IP address.
• Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions such as clicks on contact buttons. IP anonymisation is enabled.
• Preferences stored on your device: your language choice and your cookie choice (local storage).

2. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out site measurements and deliver and support your project.
• To follow up on feedback and improve our service quality.
• To understand which pages are useful and keep the website secure and working well.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations in Saudi Arabia.

We process data on the basis of your consent (for example analytics cookies or the feedback form), to take steps before or under a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or for our legitimate interest in running and securing the website. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Cookies

Before you choose, no analytics cookies are set. If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to count visits. If you click "Reject", Google Analytics stays in a cookieless mode and sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser data.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers that host and run the website and our images (our own server and Amazon Web Services storage in the EU).
• Google (Analytics, with your consent; Google Maps and Google review links that you choose to open).
• WhatsApp / Meta when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards, as permitted by the PDPL and its regulations.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to deliver the project, support the warranty and meet legal record-keeping periods. Feedback is kept while it is useful for service improvement. Anonymous visit statistics contain no direct identifiers. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Analytics property.

6. Your rights

• To be informed about how your data is processed.
• To access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• To ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• To ask us to delete data we no longer need.
• To withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that already took place).

To use these rights, email info@alfaarabia.com. We will answer within the period set by the PDPL. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, the admin area is protected and access to customer records is limited to the staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

8. Children

The website is intended for adults planning building and renovation projects. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes and contact
